What we do

HealthLift Pharmacy Services provides nine operational services: prior authorization, help desk, document handling, eligibility and verification, invoicing and billing, payment posting, claims reconciliation, denials and collections, and network development. Clients take one, connect several, or hand us the full cycle.

Where we come from

The operation was built to bill workers’ compensation and auto no-fault prescriptions, and that is still our largest line. Pharmacy claims adjudicate in real time at the counter, dollars per claim are small, and the next wave arrives every few minutes. Running at that pace forced us to build automation properly, with a human checkpoint wherever a decision moves money, affects care or commits a client.

How we use AI

AI moves the work: reading documents, matching payments, assembling requests, routing calls. People make the calls: posting money, submitting clinical appeals, approving refunds, changing billing rules. Every action is attributed, and every extracted field links back to the page it came from.
